1:1 counselling services are offered via Telehealth video or phone call. Bookings can be made online or via e-mail.

 Are you READY for counselling?

Counselling can be helpful if you are worried about something, cannot understand why you feel a certain way or if you have unwanted feelings about something, but it might not be the right time for you to engage in counselling.
